Derootifier is an application that derootifies a jailbreak tweak (.deb) to support Fugu15 Max (Dopamine). Convert a .deb from rootful to rootless with ease.
This is absolutely not recommended for endusers! This tool is meant for developers. Also this does not work on all tweaks. Use at your own Risk!
1: Install Derootifier .ipa with TrollStore – How to install TrollStore – Derootifier Download
2: Install Filza File Manager through Sileo on your Fugu15 Max (Dopamine) Jailbroken iPhone – Repo needed: https://tigisoftware.com/repo/
3: Install PostBox with TrollStore – See Guide Here
4: Install packages needed from Sileo / Procursus Repo
- dpkg-dev
- file
- fakeroot
- odcctools
- ldid
- and all other dependancies for those packages
5: Download the tweak (.deb) you wish to convert to rootless with PostBox. For this guide i’ll be doing Randon Icon Flip.
6: Launch Derootifier and select the .deb to convert.
7: Launch Filza and navigate to /var/mobile/.Derootifier this is where you will find the converted .deb. Select the .deb and click “open in”.
8: Open in Sileo
9: Use Sileo to install the converted tweak.
10: Now Respring your device and the tweak should be working.
Done! Congrats you have converted your tweak from rootful to rootless!
Final warning. Use at your own risk! TheiDeviceBlog shall not be held responsible for lost jailbreaks.
To remove the converted tweak you can simply open Sileo, uninstall and respring.
