Lets break it down!
Apps
The Apps section is a library of apps you can install onto your device. This page can change depending on the source you have selected by clicking the FlekSt0re icon.
Click on the App you want.
You are then presented with information about the app and other options.
Sign App / Install
Download the actual .IPA file
Duplicate
The final options is App settings. Here you can customize the app icon, app name and even inject a tweak into the app.
Sources
The sources section lets you add and remove third party sources. This is using AltSources repository function.

This section shows all of your device information.
UDID
Certificate
Services
Functionally important to see when your certificate will be revoked and the apps you have installed will no longer open.
You can use your own Apple Developer account if you have one!
Signer

Summary
FlekSt0re is similar to Signulous and AltStore but in my opinion FlekSt0re is the most functional of them. You can do so much with such a simple customizable user interface.
