When will the next jailbreak release? What iOS versions will the jailbreak support?

In my best educated guess the next jailbreak could support
- iOS 16.0 – 16.4 | A12 – A16
- iOS 15.5 – 15.6.1 | A12 – A15
In iOS 16.4.1 and iOS 15.7.5 Apple patched CVE-2023-28206.

Impact: An app may be able to execute arbitrary code with kernel privileges. Apple is aware of a report that this issue may have been actively exploited.
Description: An out-of-bounds write issue was addressed with improved input validation.
With this bug being patched we have also received a PoC (proof of concept) by Linus Henze who has contributed to the jailbreak scene many times.
In his PoC he shows the code needed to cause a kernel panic. This is the very first step in a jailbreak.
This could be the beginning of a new jailbreak utility but there is much more needed to get to a public jailbreak release.

This can take a long time to achieve as it is no easy feat! So stay patient and avoid any updates on your iOS device. The best way to get a jailbreak is to stop updating and wait.
