Here is how you can get animated weather on your Home Screen or Lock Screen.
A little background of this widget first. It is one of the most modded jailbreak widgets of all time. I take no credit in it’s creation, I have only modded it to make it as basic as possible.
You will need 2 things.
First is the Xen HTML Tweak this will allow you to use the widget on your HS or LS.
